    I must be missing something here, my reasoning must be off but this is the example I am going off of: If you are running stacked batteries at their max 8.4volts on a .28 build you would be drawing 30amps (an astounding 242watts though). If a battery fails that same .28build would be drawing...

    Yup, ditto and ditto to the above. If you aren't getting the flavor your after with an RM2 my guess is that you need to adjust something as that is where these little gems shine. Try adjusting your coil higher or lower and see how that affects the vape. I find, as most would suggest here...
