    Right, passthrough is great if you're near a power source ;-). All I meant was that with something like a Vamo or other regulated tube mod you have the ability to carry extra batteries but you're spot on Bad as always. Hard to beat the MVP2 as a step up for sure.

    I try not to think about it...lol. Honestly don't think I'll ever break even but I didn't switch to vaping to save money so it's ok. If I stopped buying gear and made more DIY I'd have a shot at it I guess.

    If you are getting vapor but just can't taste it anymore it sounds like vapers tongue for sure. Try using strong mouthwash and smelling something strong too, like coffee beans, and see if that helps. Don't lose heart, it passes but not as quickly as one would like.

    I've got one, had it about a week, and agree that it works well and will run an RDA subohm as well as a tank but it feels strange in the hand. If you can do without the bells and whistles, i.e. digital readout and suck, maybe look into the Hexohm box mod.
