    The ALPHA

It's just a guess, seeing as how I've never tried a Cisco-spec 2 ohm 306. But I wouldn't think there'd be that much of a diff. Maybe the 2 ohm wouldn't pack quite as potent a punch at 3.7v as the 1.5ohm.

I'm using the 1.5 ohm and love it on the Alpha. Never tried the 2 ohm.

    Johnson Creek Juice Turning Green!

I hate to post in the thread that will not die, since it's over two years old and talks about a possible issue that has not recurred since. But I have used JC exclusively for almost 2 years and have never once had any atomizer problems related to it.

Tennessee also proposing ban on e-cigs

Based on what I have seen on other (non vaping) sites, a tax would probably be levied against TN residents. For example, a lot of places I buy online have statements like "CA residents add xx% sales tax". I browsed a snus site once (can't remember which one) that had a tax rate table of how much...

    Cholesterol & Nicotine

I smoked for 21 years and have been vaping for 2. I had a follow-up with my doctor today to go over major bloodwork results. (It was an overdue check for everything.) She remarked that most people would kill to have cholesterol numbers like mine. I know I'm only one person, but at least for me...

Tennessee also proposing ban on e-cigs

Ah, yes. Thanks for making that distinction, Elaine. I'm not sure why I had that disconnect. I didn't mean to imply that the possible amendment is a good thing. Quite the opposite, as a matter of fact. The point I was trying to make (rather poorly) is that for vendors who do have a lab and...

Tennessee also proposing ban on e-cigs

I hope so too, and that the amendment is just to strike section 18 completely. But I've said it before -- maybe even in this thread -- but registering with the FDA is not the same thing as getting approval from the FDA. I have no idea what is involved with registering, but it can be done...

TN Legislature Bill to Ban PV's!

Seriously? Are they not aware that their colleagues made this a legislative issue by introducing/sponsoring the bill? Since they are legislators, they are involved whether they like it or not.

Yes. I condom fill my Boges all the time.

Johnson Creek - So whats the deal?

I use those 3ml bottles all the time. I fill one up and use that until it's nearly empty and then refill from my big glass bottle. They're the perfect size for carrying around with my PV in my pocket. The top is actually a dropper; I assume yours came with the dropper cap? They should have...

    Why causes this to happen?

I've experienced the same thing. You have to blow them out daily at least. I use thick VG liquid and have to blow mine out a few times per day.

    Prodigy 3.1 3.7v battery question

The Delrin piece that the screw goes into is two pieces, and the washer should be between them. Did you check there? I'm asking because a lot of people don't realize that there is a washer because it's hidden. Just take the screw out and pop that little Delrin dome out from the main Delrin...

    Cartomiser with a 510 thread?????

The best I have tried are the Boge 510 cartomizers. A lot of vendors carry them these days. I get mine at PureSmoker.com - USA Electronic Cigarettes & USA Made eLiquid!!!. As far as cartomizers go, those are about the only ones I use now. They have great airflow and (so far) have been really...

How would you use a drip tip with a cartomizer??

I use a drip tip with my cartomizers, as do many others. Quite a few people top off a carto with the drip tip still on. They just hold it at a 45-degree angle so juice won't go down the center hole. However, I pop mine off. I like to see when the filler gets wet enough. I use a drip tip because...

Johnson Creek - So whats the deal?

Their Red Oak Wisconsin Frost is very minty. I enjoyed it for a while but migrated back to Domestic/Tennessee Cured and never returned to it.

Johnson Creek - So whats the deal?

Actually, you might be right. Nowhere do they say their original line is VG free. So it's possible that it does have some VG in it as part of their recipe. The only claim they make is that their Red Oak line is PG free. I think it was probably a bad assumption on my part.

Johnson Creek - So whats the deal?

I, too, have used Johnson Creek exclusively for almost 2 years. Taste is completely subjective; either you'll like their juices or you won't. But you can't fault them on professionalism, quality, customer service, dedication, and attention to details. (And I also have absolutely no affiliation...
