It's a scripting programming language. I used to write programs in it years ago, but have forgotten most of what I knew. I am not sure what one would need or want to do with it on a DNA-200 though, but it's neat the option is there. -

Yeah, but I am using their tank (the target). I shouldn't have to freaking dremel my coils. Frustrating because I can tell this would be a good vape if I could get the coils to wick. (Using 30/70 juice, btw. Might try some 50/50). -

It's either nichrome80 or Kanthal. I've noticed most prebuilt coils that come with RBA's are nichrome. You can compare the coil to steam engine to find out. -

The 0.5 and 1.0 are stainless steel. The 1.5 is Kanthal. As for stainless I find that the TCR for 430 SS works the best. That is 0.00138. The coils are advertised as 316L, but I am pretty sure they aren't. They are stainless, but probably 430 or something similar. -

Just got my target tank in the mail. Popped the Ni-200 coil in, primed it, let it sit a couple of minutes, and fired it up in TC mode at temps between 420 and 470°F. So far, I can definitely taste the ceramic (or something). It tastes sort of chalky. That's the best way I can describe it... -

Why do you temp control?
I temp control to reduce the aldehydes in my vape. The dry hit protection is just a bonus. -

Why do you temp control?
Because it keeps the temp steady at what you set. With power mode, the temp will keep rising throughout the puff. For me it's more about reducing my exposure to aldehydes than it is to avoiding dry hits. -

Batteries
I think the charge cycle count is closer to 200-300 charges than it is 500. You could probably get 500 but with severely reduced performance. A good rule of thumb is to probably scrap your batteries after 6 months of continuous use. This may be conservative but batteries are $5-7 a piece...- BigEgo
