CT is Control TOP or 510/901 Lid... thats the draw control section in the links I posted earlier for you #1 of the things you need to upgrade your stealth... the GGTS/ODY base replaces the brass top cap/lid and uses the collection tank body as the connection point rather than using adapters to... -

yes with the items I listed for you a 18650 can be used as well as any 18, 16 or 14 series battery available... I recommend only using the AW IMR batteries for anything GG personally... and as a frame of reference the first 2 numbers in a battery size are the diameter of the battery itself... -
