you will most likely never need to replace your ceramic unless it breaks which may happen but is unlikely... other than loosening your bottom nut on the rebuildable section to remove or attach your positive lead when replacing a coil you shouldn't need to do anything more than a rinse under warm... -

your juice is most likely burning and discoloring the juice in the tank... If you mix your juice & menthol prior to filling Penelope and see if it changes color on its own after a week or so then youll know for sure if its the juice or your just burning juice and coil gunk is discoloring your... -

That o-ring is very bulbous the o-ring maker fed it to much... the tiny o-rings are harder to get I have had good luck with Harbor Freight's $7.00 o-ring kits both standard & metric you may want to try there or like a true value hardware store or a hardware store that carries a large hardware... -

The Spring from a click pen should also work... you may need to cut the spring a little if the tension is to tight for your liking... -

No problem and good luck... try to find true silver wire not silver plated wire... if you have a bead shop they will have better silver wire cause nobody wants green skin... and in a Michaels it will be around the beading section but read the label this is the biggest pain about finding it at... -

If you have a local Micheal's craft store they have silver wire that will work... check with any local craft or bead shop.... Also check eBay & Twisted Jewels.com for NR silver wire... So far, my three Penelope is not got to me
I feel your pain if it wasnt for the post office I would have 4 ODY's not just 3... lesson learned always pay the extra couple bucks for insurance so even if they lose your package at least you get your money back... -

GGTS wear and tears
The GGTS is bullet proof for the most part... I have a spare GGTS and ODY just in case the unthinkable should happen to my daily driver.... I do have a spare set of the two plastic bits as I see it these are the only things that may wear out over time... Orings are a must have and can be... -
