That nut comes loose when your unscrewing the ceramic housing when you take it apart.... the o-ring causes a tight seal which loosens the nut when you unscrew the housing... and only comes loose when you do this.... your leaking is most likely a wick issue and what I mean by that is the wick... -

Off the top of my head I dont know the exact size but at Harbor Freight you get O-ring kits for about 7 bucks metric and standard buy both kits its worth it... but if no Harbor Freight is available you can look at the GG Wiki and there all the sizes are listed as well as in the sticky section of... -

You dont really need an o-ring for drip mode... but if you must have one Harbor Freight or your local hardware store should have what you need and then some.... -

Good Deal On Wire
I love my Nextel XC-116.... Its $1.50 a foot requires a torch or kiln to burn off the coating the factory puts on it before you use it to vape with... Shipping is expensive so I advise to buy 25 or 30 ft at a time... Its doesnt melt, great for dry burning coils... it will outlast any coil you... -

ODY using Nextel XC-116 without Moding Ceramic...
You can torch the Nextel over a gas stove burner also if you dont have a torch... Ideally a kiln is the best way but the torch or stove method works just as well... but be very thorough if in doubt torch it again and be patient... you cant melt it so burn the heck out of it... and lastly keep in... -

Wow the juice you vape must be almost clear.... my coils look like brown boogers after a day or two... but then again I vape dark flavors about 10ml a day... I also only vape 100% VG Juice which may also be a factor in case its asked a 0.8ohm dual coil @ 4.2v AW IMR I change them out when they... -

I'm glad its working out for you... and I now purposely make my wick's a mm or so longer so that it sticks out a tad past the ceramic housing... I find it to work better this way.... -
