maybe its the way you lay your wires in the ceramic... The horizontal channel of the ceramic controls what liquid seeps past the wick and down into the center pin there is the leaking point... unless you have a bad o-ring or forgot to install one of them... VASOLINE is your best friend lather up... -

This is true... the short wick method came about by trying to find a solution to use Nextel XC-116 without modding the ceramic, because at the time no spare ceramics were yet available... I know that Rick45Cal likes his wick extra moist and is the reason he opened up his top channels a bit... so... -

Ody Coil Gallery
Try heat treating your Resistance wire under flame a few times before you make a coil.... cigarette lighter will work fine... you may also want to try a different wick material... you may also need to burn clean your ceramic which could be holding a burnt flavor... hope that helps... -

Try putting the extra wick under the mesh instead... and really the only reason you would get any leaking is because the mesh isnt big enough to act as a juice dam at the ceramics channels... you could try just using more mesh or what your doing now or by putting the extra wick under the mesh... -

Dont be skeered its only wire and wick material its not brain surgery at all.... Oh and stop selling off your mods... just knock it off and keep them... Penelope from what I understand will be rebuildable only but proteus will have a 510 connection in other words just a more slender GGTS with VV... -

The channels themselves feed the juice to the wick or mesh elimanting the need for long wick.... and the wick itself blocks the channels from over flooding down into the center pin.... this means that there is less fiddling with juice control because it only needs a little to saturate the... -

You have a short.... try a different atomizer the one your using is probobly bad.... also if you use adapters it may have gone bad...
