It is the stock issue. Mostly with the blank cartos. I ordered some and have to wait for them. My order was kept on hold until I told them to send it without the blanks. -

I use two in rotation at home. I have two more I keep in my kit when I need to go someplace. I rotate those as well. This way I always have two ready to take with me when ever I go someplace. -
