Do we as consumers trust BT from putting in additional chemicals to make them more addictive and potentially more hazardous?

    FDA Re. Potential Flavor Ban

I dunno, most likely tobacco. So, basically they are de facto turning nicotine into a controlled substance?

    FDA Re. Potential Flavor Ban

If it is never controlled(made illegal) unless you have a special license, then what is to stop people from buying DIY materials?

FDA Michael Siegel at TMA: E-cig companies should make "quit smoking" claims.

The way I see it. Vaping is not smoking ergo those who switch to vaping have quit smoking. Isn't this basic logic 101?

FDA Why Isn't Vaping the FDA Center for Tobacco Product's Biggest Ally?

Nicotine is not the only thing is cigarettes. It is what most smokers want. Also, everyone tests positive for dietary nicotine. Does everyone test positive for the other WTA's found in tobacco? Smoking does not equal vaping. We need to make the general public understand this.

    FDA Re. Potential Flavor Ban

I do not see how they can ban any flavor unless they ban unflavored nic juice.

    FDA Post-hearing reactions?

Not really that long. A well placed class action lawsuit would go a long way to getting this resolved. There appears to be about 20% of the population who need nicotine as a dietary supplement. How can they legislate a supplement that some people need?

    FDA Post-hearing reactions?

I am confused here. What is not negotiable? The way I see it, there are 4 ways to deal with the FDA regulations. 1) Just deal with them the way the FDA wants to. 2) Work with the FDA in hopes that we can somehow come to some amiable compromise. 3) Launch an all out war with the FDA 4) Hope...

FDA Would you still buy your favorite vape stuff if BT acquired those manufacturers?

No, I do not trust BT to keep the ingredients simple and less addictive.
