That is exactly my point. These "regulations" are designed to kill the APV(Advances Personal Vaporizers) industry. The burden is too heavy to over come with their preconceived notion that these devices are just as bad if not worse then smoking.
I am not questioning you. I am just very confused about how these manufactures can even get their products approved unless someone "proves" that e cigs are not harmful. It seems like a lose/lose situation all around for e cig manufactures. How much more troublesome would be to get flavors approved.
I know I would be still smoking. We just have to see how this all plays out. We just need to keep our eyes open for what will follow. From what I have read it looks like the regulations are not yet finished. They are just getting started. I suspect they will want to start limiting flavors.
The problem with the current FDA regulations, is the FDA's reputation. They have a reputation of looking out for those with the biggest purse, not the general health or welfare of the general population.

The DIY ability with the juice would make unflavored nic juice the "in" thing to buy. People will buy their "nic" level and add the flavors of their choice. It would be a nightmare to stop something like that happening.
If the 78mm auto batts were converted to 510 threading it would give us a better selection for clearomizers. Right now I am very upset with the 1.0 clearo's lack of availability. With the new threading on the 1.6 clearos that is not an option.
I have found that putting some clear tape around the bottom of the clearo's has helped me with the loosening of the plastic. In addition fill them up and let them set for an hour or so to let the wick inside get saturated with liquid. These last me at least a week each and I am a fairly heavy...
I agree. I think 4 batt spaces will allow for 3 batts and two cartos or 1 carto and an extra mouth piece. I always have a small bottle of juice in my purse. I just need a case to carry extra batts and a spare carto and mouth piece. I like to take at least three batts with the extra carto and...
I like the idea for a charging station. But, what would be great is a redesign for the regular carry case that can hold 4 batts. This way you can carry three batts and an extra clearo or carto/drip tip.
i am wondering if filling it without the needle cap does something to the center tube. it seemed the one I was trying started leaking cause i put too much pressure on the center tube. When I when to screw in the cap it was off center.
