Mine all also had the inner wrap around the tube. Then the poly fill around the inner wrap. I think they are to help keep the batting( I am a crafter) from burning. Maybe the juice is not being heating high enough which is causing some of the problems? -

The condoms are made out of either rubber or something that does not stain easily. If the ones that are leaking are staining the condoms, then maybe something is happening during shipping. Or some are tan and some are clear from the manufacturer. -

I am not sure that the flavoring can actually discolor the cart condoms in this manner. I use my cart condoms to fill my cartos and the juice(I even use chocolate flavorings) gets on them. I clean the inside with a cotton swab and the condoms are never discolored. -

But that would be an assumption that it is actually curing the silicone. If there is a wicking problem and not enough juice is on the wick, this could also make for a nasty burning taste. -

Analog, It may well be an assumption. Or it could help cure the silicone. But, if I am using a carto for a week and it is not yet cured, then I think I need to go back to analogs as this is just plane too dangerous for me. -

The black charred wicks could be a build up of the vaping liquid that is left. The wicking material had not yet actually burned in my cartos. -

I do not need to have the adhesive removed as when I wet burn the atty and clean it off it fixes the problem. -

I am thinking at this point she does. But then I would rather err on the side of caution and get something non sweet rather then just analogish. I want to try different favors with her so we can find something she loves. So either would at this point be ok to try. -
