    tried it and didn't work. It didn't give me the feel for the tension and I just end up breaking the wire. I just hand turned the mini vise while maintaining light tension on the wire then wait for that "bite" feel while twisting. It's really fun making it this way.... then again I'm weird...

    Personally I haven't even thought of plywood for a $300 mod , but I'm pretty open minded. I just can't imagine how it will be sculpted to prevent splintering....This I gotta see. :))

    this version will have shorter middle pos post. The juice hole will be under the pos wire hole and routed to the SS ring hole next to the post.
