You got it. I'm not saying that pts don't get those things...but they don't get them from the Dr. A Dr who's juggling 15 ER pts is NOT going to have time to hold hands and get cold clothes for their head, call family members, rub their hair, etc. They are ordering tests, reading EKG's/labs/test...- Southern Tina
