Usually. But one of my CF4s will charge to only 4.15v, and the green light *rarely* goes out. It will occasionally, if I get busy and forget I have it plugged in, but even if the green light goes off, it still only charges up to 4.15v. Andria

    Vaping is cheating (apparently)

Hmm.. I agree about the expense, and oh god, the ITCHING... but I'm not sure how well I'd do, consuming it orally (digestively); I'm extremely sensitive to the nic sick phenomenon. But I've always got a number of little cuts on my fingers, maybe I could just drip those drops on my fingertips...

    Vaping and surgury

I stealth-vaped in the emergency room cubicle they left me in for hours and hours, when my appendix raised a ruckus in 2014. Leave me in a room with the door closed for hours and hours, and I'M GOING TO VAPE! Andria

    Nice article about vaping

I just tweeted and FB'ed it. Great article, except that remark about "feeding an unhealthy nicotine addiction," so they're clearly not as well-informed as they think they are. Andria

    Eeek. Total Newb.

Someone told me at some point that it's my tootle puffer builds that cause so much hot-popping, or maybe the low wattage I use (9w). I dunno; I never had that problem with tanks, only with RDAs, but having my mouth slightly offset, the way it is with either the knuckleheads or the angled...

    Eeek. Total Newb.

Pray he never discovers knuckleheads or angled adapters... :D Keeping hot juice off my lips is EXACTLY why I always use them with RDAs... :D Andria

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

Tuxie IS a character, that's for sure! Never properly socialized due to being abandoned so young, she is scared of EVERYONE! who isn't us. She sleeps in my husband's room, and one morning she started waking him for breakfast about 3:30am, so he told her not yet, it's too early, and went back...

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

Yeah but... it takes 5 days even when the person sending it lives 15 mins from you. Andria

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

Oh yeah... my aunt lives 15 minutes from me; when she sent my husband a birthday card, it took 5 days to get here. Andria

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

I've always admired tuxedo cats. At the old house where we lived before we bought this one, there was a tuxedo cat on one of the streets leading to ours, and I always admired seeing it out in the yard. I strongly suspect that Tuxie is one of that kitty's offspring, mixed with a tabby; in...

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

That's true, cats only give affection on *their* schedule -- but they do give it, and expect it in return, too! :D Ours is very typical -- call her, and she may or may not even look at you, or if she does, she seems to be thinking "You talkin' to ME?" But when I'm sitting here at my desk...

That makes me so sad; Shadow looks so much like Tuxie! Andria

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

I've written a novel, and the lit. agent I submitted it to said it was great on characters and the actual writing, but much too light on story/conflict. So, I can write... but I'm not a storyteller at all. :( Wrote about 300,000 words of another, a historical novel, but the 9/11 crap and my...

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

My husband and I both love dogs too, but dogs are a little more labor-intensive; they have to be trained not to piddle and poop in the house, while cats know instinctively what to do with a box of sand; dogs make a lot of noise, and have to be trained on that too, as to when it's appropriate and...

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

Well, I have to say I'm extremely ambivalent about our right to bear arms. I support that right 100%, because I know our founding fathers put that in the Bill of Rights *just so* citizens would have some recourse against an overreaching gov't. On the other hand... people weren't taking scads...

What happened during your first few days of vaping?

The first few days? All I felt from vaping was nausea, thanks to the nimrods at the vape shop who said that all new vapers should start at 18mg. WRONG! When you've been smoking ultra-light cigarettes for 20+ yrs, that is WAY! too! much! nicotine. Even 12mg made me terribly nauseous, it just...

    Tootle Puffers, Redux (The Sequel)

I tried therapy many, many times in my life, and I always found it pretty much useless. But the last time, when I'd been in therapy for a month and was not getting any better at all, my therapist, who was a psychologist, strongly advised me to see a psychiatrist and get on some antidepressants...

Knox Nano stopped working after I changed coil

I assume you actually mean "kBox" -- those don't have a spring-loaded battery pin (the part at the top of the mod where the atty makes contact) -- it sounds like you've screwed the atty down too tight at some point, and pushed that pin down. You can pop it back up CAREFULLY with a small...

    Vaping is cheating (apparently)

I don't plan to EVER quit nicotine. Even if my asthma becomes so bad that I can no longer support vaping, I'll stick a patch on me somewhere -- I really don't want to grow old if I don't even remember who I am! That's one of my worst-case-scenario fears, outliving all those I love; I'd rather...
