Do you find that your taste change a lot over time?
Yes, I can't stand the taste of tobacco vapes anymore and have moved on to things like banana cream pie and rainbow sherbet. Nillionaire is my current "can't put it down" vape and 2 years ago I wouldn't have tried anything like it. -

Best MG for flavour?
Nic doesn't have too much of an effect on most flavors I have tried. PG carries the flavor and VG makes the clouds. Higher VG will give you less flavor so if you want a stronger flavor order with higher PG and less VG. Nic just satisfies the nicotine the body craves and give you the throat hit. -

I run it with a Smok TFV4 with quad coil between 70 and 100 watts at .15 to .17 depending on juice and while the base of the tank heats up the mod has never gotten above ambient temperature. -

My Ipv3 Li has held up great and has hit the pavement dozens of times as well as been slammed in a car door. Just some minor scratches that give it character. If it dies tomorrow I will go buy another one. That is the biggest endorsement I can give a product. -

Durable box mod without a huge price tag?

Haven't tried the one you mentioned but check out the tobacco flavors from Ahlusion. I vaped Just Criminal for almost a year. Smooth criminal is another good one. Godfather is the old recipe of Just Criminal or Smooth Criminal (can't remember which) but may require some steeping. Just Criminal...
