I haven't seen a rebuildable bottom feed atty yet.
I've made a few of my own atty's and I've been pondering the bottom feed idea for a while. The biggest problem for me is how to make them small enough to fit in my Reo's juice well. I need to find out what atty has the biggest ceramic cup...
The short answer is that the AW IMR's don't have the protection circuit to cut them off when they reach a specific voltage. I try to change mine out when they get down to about 3.5v but I have run them much lower on occasion.
I haven't really seen any "better" 510 connectors. I've purchased pretty much every one available. Well, from US vendors anyway.
I actually prefer using either 901-510 or 801-510 adapters on mods now. The catch is that they cost more and don't sit flush with the top of the mod.
A Type-B tank is suppose to be available soon. That's when I'll most likely go for a second one.
I agree about the shorter tube. 1/2 - 3/4" would be nice.
I used to run 4 - 4.2 ohm coils (about 7 wraps) at 6v on my SB. Dripping of course.
I haven't tried HV with the tank system. You'd need pretty quick wicking for that. When my new VV mod arrives, I'll be experimenting. I have a funnel idea I want to play around with.
Just a heads up.
It would appear the sticky's got moved from the classified section to the sold/closed section.
Someone was probably looking through too much :vapor: and moved the wrong thing. :D
Genuine Joye 510 atty's. SR and LR.
I really like 306's as well but 510's are more forgiving.
I've tried a few of the "hyped" atty's and my experience with them so far is "meh" at best.
I'll stick with the atty everyone else is trying to beat.
You can use the CE2's as they are. It's been my experience that they wick a little better in a tank. My only complaint about them is you sometimes have to tip them to get juice to the coil.
I'm not knocking the other tanks in any way. They all that have a slight learning curve and people have...
Simply put, a tank is a tank, is a tank. They all do the same thing. Some hold different carto's, some are pretty colors, some are available in SS.
As far as flavor and carto's, I prefer CE2's. They are about as close as you can get to an atty taste wise. I don't care what anyone says, the...
Yep, it's just going to be a slightly larger diameter section for the type b tank. I'd imagine it will be available as an upgrade kit as well. I bought the A2-T upgrade but I'll get another whole atty when the type B comes out so I have 1 to vape and 1 to experiment with.
I'd imagine you'd need to add some tubing from the connector up into the coil area. I've been thinking about this since I got my Reo's but I don't want to tear mine apart either. lol
I also think they would work a bit better if the air came from below the coil. Maybe I'll dissect the A2 when...
