    Can't Crack the Code

An ego T with 280mah? Sure it's not a smaller 510 model (more cigarette sized than cigar)? Egos are 650mah minimum I think. That aside, the ego c, and all other forms of ego are all the same batteries, it's just the atomiser sold with them that give them the name like ego C, ego T, ego etc...

    Halo G6 a good first?

I have a pair of volts (same model as the g6) and I don't regret buying them. Imho, the h6/volt/bloog is the best mini ecig model on the market, the kr808d-1. A great way to test the water with ecigs without buying overpriced rubbish. Good luck! If how it looks is not important, it wont cost a...

Help me ID this cheapy ecig

Could also be an M4081. Similar to 510 but a reversed polarity. Not a popular threading.

    Posting pictures.

I'm not sure about using a phone but typically you need to host the picture somewhere. Maybe photobucket or similar. Once you upload it, it will have a link to use on the forum. Usually it's the one with If you go to reply with quote you'll see the [img] tag I'm talking about where the picture is.

    lava tube=bliss

The lavatube self regulates like the provari - with dual coils it wont go higher than around 3.7v. It's near impossible to tell what voltage you really get, especially if you use low resistance gear. It has a 2.5amp limit if you're an electrician buff.

New (and still slightly confused) vaper (from UK)

I think lower than 2.0 can kill the mosfet in rivas. It's not easy to get lower than 2.0ohms so anything "low resistance" will usually be about 2.2 - 2.0ohms unless stated otherwise. Usually they tell you what ohms you're getting. I used "standard" low resistance for a few months on my 650mah...

    eGo T battery problems

As an average joe, I have no idea on why it would happen and I doubt it's easily fixable. If it's still under warranty I'd contact the supplier and ask for a replacement as it seems faulty by this description. They're usually good about replacing hardware. Good luck and sorry I can't be more help :(

new and need would love any advice

If you want a better performance but want to keep it simple, almost everyone will say to get a riva and a cartomiser. It's a bigger battery than the volt but not by much: A 650mah egoT which is really similar to the riva next to a volt ecig. Not much bigger, just wider. For mah, the more mah...

    KGO vs Riva 510 Tank

No. Just don't use a "punched" cartomiser meant for a tank and any 510 cartomiser will work. Yes, the battery is the same on a riva and a riva tank. They will take any 510 connection. A KGO is the same as a riva. Identical if I'm not mistaken so buy one or the other but all parts will be...

New (and still slightly confused) vaper (from UK)

Hello from Scotland :) There is only one difference between ego and riva: the ego is a regulated battery at a constant 3.2volts until it cuts off whereas the riva is an unregulated battery going from 4.2volts to 3.2ish volts when it cuts off. Otherwise, they're pretty much identical. The riva...

New, I think I might be allergic?

I wouldn't have reccommended anything else if you were asking for a step up from disposeables. A great choice!

New, I think I might be allergic?

Getting cold like symptoms is pretty normal for quitting smoking. It doesn't seem like an allergic reaction to me. If it's higher in vg, it can make you feel a bit congested compared to pg. Here's a list of possible symptoms from quitting smoking and using ecigs...

    Boge Cartos vs CE2

lol, yeah I get the impression that if I could use pg with them instead of vg, they'd last for months on end no problem. Anything I've used vg in tends to die so quickly it's stupid. CE2s have been the one thing I keep using because they last and actually wick vg without me having to drip it...

    Boge Cartos vs CE2

I use 2.6ohm CE2s (not the vision, the 1.8ml version) at 5v on my lavatube which means I have utterly no idea what wattage/voltage I'm actually getting through them. I love them compared to cartos. I do have to cut the inner seal slots for them to wick the vg only juices I make but it's a 1...

Travel and Vaping Indonesia or Bali

Before I left for Bali I could not find a single person giving any form of advice for taking ecigs to Indonesia or Bali. I'm just back from a trip to Bali and I took my ecigs. So if you're wondering, it's more than possible to do it and not be arrested as they are "illegal". I took two 650mAh...

    What to buy

I'd avoid the tornado tank at all costs. It's a rebranded ego-T at extra cost. For the same size of battery, the riva is better than the ego as it's 'unregulated' from 4.2v off the charger and will slowly drop as you use it down to about 3.3v until it cuts off and needs charged. The ego is a...

    Need tips on Incognito vaping!

Is flavour a top priority? If it's possible, I'd get some pg based nicotine without flavouring (very cheap) and vape that. No smell, barely any vapour and it'll dissipate extremely quickly. You could add your own flavouring so it's weaker than what you'd normally get. You could also take a...
