    Keep, It does happen from time to time, but since we cannot open the carto's to check them out before hand I cannot stop a single one in a box. The machine fills and seals these without people looking in them so put a note on your next order about getting the dud and we'll toss in another...

    ricky, just a thought try taking the cone off your ego see if the issue still persists, I hear that those cones are tight fitting and cut off air flow. that might be why your getting low vapor.

    I think you mean... PG :) We sent out samples to the people that had written to us with comments, to make good on our promise of having fixed it before anyone ordered again, basically it was a "don't just take our word for it, try it yourselves."

    Hey john it'll be another couple of weeks, we ordered more than normal but people have gone pretty nuts over it so it went quick, the order is already in production though so hopefully it will arrive mid next week.

    The carto's are a bit harsher, what people tend to forget is just like a new atomizer a carto has some primer on it, it's acidic and adds a little bit harsher throat hit to the liquid that's prefilled in a cart vs. what is in the bottle.
