    You can take a multimeter to the atty and check the resistance. If it came with the kit it is likely 2.5ohms or so. Not that unusual, mine pop every so often even after being used, with new juice or for some crazy reason, like they said just don't let it get too hot! welcome to ECF!

    JMC, as Dormouse said, yes, there are differnent ohm ratings for some LR's like at avidvapor that let you mitigate that somewhat.

    welcome Dre180 to ECF, you may want to think about a juice fed mod like the reo, or Ali'i or others as time goes by if you like dripping. It matches the experience and taste without having to drip every few minutes!
