You sure the adapter is touching the battery? sometimes there is a little screw on the adapter you have to turn left I believe to raise it a little to get the connection.- JWebb

Lisa, do you use 2 LifeP04's AW 500mah in your grand sometimes as opposed to the 18650? If so what atty do you use on them, and HV like 3,5 or higher? -

Deliilah, I got my Grand a couple of weeks ago after my mini, Red and Silver, and I was having some similar issues, Cleaned it all out, put in a new atty and batts and now everthing seems ok, have no idea what was causing it!
