    I don't know what a WF-188 is. I have a chinese charger Exactly like this... High Quality AC100-240V Battery Charger HG--1210W Cell Phone Batteries It holds two batteries and has a switch in the middle that has the option to switch to 4.2v or 3.6v. Nothing else.
