You probably know this but since you still have the rhodium plated switch post, I am pretty sure that it will screw into the old style switch. I would at least check it out if you have not.
I wonder if you if you could send one to David for testing and comparison, that is, if David would do that. Also that would be beneficial just to be sure on fitment in the SW.
I am sure that is the case, seeing the wording in Davids original post, he states new two tone finish but all satin available as well, so I cant imagine him not offering both versions for the top caps. I have an urge to buy a cap but really have no reason to, I really have not had issues with...
Awesome! The 350 is my personal favorite. Just be careful with those brass threads, if you keep just one atty on it that will help extend its life. I keep an adapter on the one brass threaded apv that I have in order to keep em in good shape. Looks awesome though.
Yup, same here, and with the quirks with using it, and the 10 watt max I feel like an 18350imr performs better for me anyway. Actually if you use a 1.5ohm atty with the imr batt you are actually above ten watts all the way down to 3.9 and close to ten watts at 3.8. Also, with the rhodium...
I am pretty sure that will not be a problem, actually I think David actually answered it, he said " though we can satin finish your existing unit" notice that he said unit and not tube, I think I remember him mentioning that he will do your entire precise to satin so I think you are good.
1.not sure but I am sure David can answer and will when he sees your post
2.local hardware will have em, usually the previous owner will leave at least one or two in the bottom of the tube, they are hard to see, you will need something long and thin to push it out, I use a little diamond file to...
Zagg created HZO which essentially achieves the same result but is reached in a different way. Liquipel is not exactly the same as HZO, although I admit that I do not know the slight differences. I do not know about HZO but with liquipel they do not open the device, it is placed in a vacuum...
Yeah it says something about aux battery power but to be honest I am not sure what that means, would it just mean I would need to have a separate battery for it? This is from the listing..
"- Auxiliary battery to power watt meter for measurement down to 0V"
Actually the display is quite small...
Hey Siouxse, not sure if this info has been utilized but from page 60 here is Davids response about how many units were left when I ordered, he said it was approximate but I am assuming that most of the people that are not accounted for ordered before me because there are about 25 orders under...
Well I know that the nano particles are invisible to the naked eye so people are not having warranty issues with there iphones and such, I guess it more depends on if you say something about having it done. I do not think that the space above the adj wheel would need to be covered though...
Your mod looks cool Retird, I actually have a pm in to mamu asking where she sources those boxes, after seeing the discussion about screens for the dna I did a little searching and came across this, it isnt tiny but isnt as large as some other power meters. It also does not have a reading for...
I know! liquipel is a very cool nano particle technology, about a week ago I sent an email to them asking them to do my Darwin but I am yet to here back. It sounds like they are trying to get companies to set up there tech at the end of assembly lines so I think we will start seeing a lot of...
