    Natural sponge sounds good to me. Having laid lofts with fiberglass you'd be daft to use it in a cartridge - the glass fibres enter the air very easily and you need to wear a mask when using the stuff for the purpose it was intended. A glass fibre lodged in your lung will not be good news...
