    Finding the long inhale next to impossible.

    I tried the inhale straight into the lungs thing and had a coughing fit, myself. Normally, I pull the vapor into my mouth, then inhale. Not sure how else to explain it. That long, slow and steady drag may take some practice, but it gets easier. You'll develop your own method.
