    SoUnique, it is definitely a solid copy of Halo's Cafe Mocha liquid. Whether or not Halo makes 'good' mocha is totally personal opinion. Their flavors are polarizing - some love 'em, some can't stand 'em. If you've never tried Halo's liquids, I recommend starting with a small batch.

    Given the other flavors you mentioned, I take it you're adding cocoa to tobacco flavors? If you vape non-tobaccos, try my Basic Cocoa Cookies recipe, the plain one with 3% Cocoa. It's not at all sharp or harsh in there!

    How low a level nic concentrate could you use?

    If I had no stash, I'd buy anything down to 20mg/ml. I buy 100, just because it takes less space in the freezer and shipping costs are lower. I mix my base at 18-24, depending on my mood. I need to either vape less or cut it to 12-18 though.
