    Catalan Cream has a bit of spice in it, and I've found that spices tend to gain strength as a mix ages. I don't intentionally let mixes sit around unused. I mix little batches to taste the way I want right away and usually finish them within a day or two, maybe a week.

    I'd add ripe banana, sweet raspberry, probably a coconut. The first two go really well in cream or milkshake mixes. Coconut could complement those two as well as all the others you first listed. Key Lime would be useful in combination with some of them, too. TFA makes good versions of those flavors.

    With cinnamon in there, it might taste different after sitting overnight. I used to like TFA French Vanilla, but I tried some in a mix recently, and it tasted really artificial to me. I doubt it has changed, but I guess my tastes have. Peaches and cream sounds good. Brown sugar, maybe?

    I've heard the Breaking Bad comments here, too. lol! FA's Brandy packs a true, authentic wallop - like a shot of straight brandy. I haven't had TFA's. But no brandy is needed. I like the lime much better myself. It adds some high notes and feels like summer.
