    Try taking pictures of each part with a reference size (like a quarter next to it). Battery, atomizer, cartridge. That'll make it much easier to identify. Personally, I'd say that it looks a lot like the smoking everywhere e-cigs (rn4081?), but most likely it's just a knockoff of that style.
