I would love to say yes but, unfortunately not.
Got back for Ireland yesterday, travelled to Wales today, for a week, then
I have to go to London for 10 days.
Only after that can I get back home and play....... boo hoo...
I've taken my latest version with me for a good work out.
I will...

Thanks for the pics.
I do like pics on my threads.
Did you build your own usb charging circuit, or convert / buy one.
I do love the skull though.
Have you seen the thread on the vapors forum, modders section.
For the Vippo. ( A Zippo lighter conversion. the guy has not completed it...

Great Mod.
Love the skull (needs red eyes. would look really evil)
USB charger / pass through is a great addition.
I understand that there has been a deal with all mobile phone companies
to use the mini USB as the primary charging source from now on.
It means that USB charging...
I like the bright LED's but it is replaceable for a lesser mcd LED.
I would also like it see it in black but I don't have time at the moment to paint it.
Fabricating the pipes now only takes a few minutes.
But it is still taking me too long to assemble it. (4 hours)
I have got to get that time...

I work as you know within the resin flooring industry.
Polyurethane and epoxy resins.
Both of which can be thickened with cement.
Why would you ask am I telling you this.
Well
Cement (White cement) can be coloured with powered pigments.
As can polyurethane and epoxy.

What I have found with this mod is.
When the bottle is compressed the juice via the brass tube gets to the
steel wick surrounding the coil. (This is good).
Excess juice is sucked back into the bottle (This is good).
But
There is some juice inbetween.
This juice sits in and around...
A few build pics.
Added the polyfuse under the battery spring.
Micro switch tacked in place with superglue / crazyglue.
Don't do what I did today and let some glue run onto the actuator.
(Destroyed the micro switch).
Brass tube centre coming from battery connector.
Micro switch...
As promised, a few pre-assembly pics.
I've not fabricated the battery cover, so no pics.
If you look back to the MK5 original pictures, you will get the idea.
First up, led socket. 2 x 1/16 copper tubes held with epoxy. V shaped so
LED can not fall out.. Looks rough but not designed to be...

Great fast piece of modding.
Thanks for the pictures.
Don't you just hate waiting for parts.
It's hard to see on the pics, but is the tube glued into the battery connector.
If not, do you get any juice running down the outside of the tube back
into the box.
I've made 2 design changes to...

If you are keeping the hole open for a brass tube (bottom fed).
Try soldering the brass tube in the hole and then solder the wire on the tube.
I do this all the time. Finding it much easier to solder the tube in place instead of a wire.
