    I went thru the same thing. I was in the first batch and then second batch shipped and as I patiently waited by my mail box the mailman never came. I e-mailed him and never got one returned so I sent him a PM and he responded right away and took care of it. It just got over looked. S**t happens.

    What is the easiest way to clean my atomizer?

    I clean mine only when they start to have a burnt taste. Blow through it if the liquid looks dark and not clear rinse it in hot water and blow dry. I have tried other methods vodka, polident etc. I have found that plain hot water is just as good. I have never had peices of burnt liquid come out...
