i do know the feeling...... Ive been looking at a couple of these 26____s batts and trying to bring myself to building a box for them... but i just haven't done it yet.....
i hope the paperwork subsides..... i never liked that stuff :)
im not one for playing in stagnant waters... we ran this thread hard to right some some wrongs... and we all did just that.
im not closing it or anything..... just reflecting back on all the good...
i dont know much about stain over tung oil... but i cant imagine it would slow the process down that mutch.?.?.?
you shouldn't get a taste from the oil once it is dried... the good news is that particular box is rather stout... and you could possibly sand quit a bit down before Even coming near...
i know.. im thinking this may have run its course... :(
heck we still dont have power except gas power... wich is enough to run just about everything...
its really the best way to test it out..
we got about 6" of snow.. not much.... but all the leaves are still on the trees so the heavy snapped the branches like nothing..... it took out a ton of power lines...
so fare they still look as good as they did...lol
i took one off the shelf and stuck it in my tool box in the van.. figured if anything will kill it it will be the fast change in temp..
no reg power.. but i have a generator thats running dang near my hole house..... i use it in my shop ever sense i moved my shop to the farm... i just need it there for my 220 stuff.....
i dont really like pumpkin... well in pie i do.. but i love watter melon... so i get to snack away as we carve... wile my buddy and his kid complain about the mess im eating watter melon....
