    lol.. its all fishy in those community's... if any one lives in one you know what i mean... its never about who can do the job best or for the better price or in a timely manner... its about who knows who... thats who gets the jobs.. the sad fact is.. i know I've come in way over priced...

    well its a mixed bag...lol.. they want me to carry more insurance coverage like at the cost of 4000 more a year for me to absorb ... they want me to contract the roof repairs and patches.. but can't technically "promise" me the work... so i could sign in for it and loose the money i would...

    morning all...... looks like i have a meeting today with the association that runs one of the gated communities that feeds me about half of my work..... last time we had a "Sunday meeting" it was a good thing.... here's to getting lucky twice...lol that never happens so im ready for bad news...
