That's what I was thinking too. Glad you got a back up! I haven't ordered a back up for my Grand yet so I haven't sent it in to be retrofitted. I should, I just haven't yet. -

Hey becky127, congrats on your REOs! Just e-mail or call Rob and he'll tell you what you need to do. There is a new firing pin replacement and I'm sure he'll be happy to get you fixed up. You'll just have to incur the shipping on it. -

When I first got my BB it didn't fire consistently. We called and spoke to Rob and he got us fixed up in no time at all. Awesome customer service and great mods. -
BB 14500 connectivity issues
Threads like this are why AltSmoke mods are so sought after. Thankfully most mod vendors on this site deliver great customer service. I'd never hesitate to recommend an AltSmoke mod to anyone. -
Loving the Black Beauty. And another thing...
I have two Black Beauties, one of them I gave to my Mom after she'd been using an eGo for several months. It really is a nice mod. Kargonet peeks out of the Alpha line to see how many more people are in front of her. Hmmm, looks like I'm gonna be here for a while. -

I don't deal with the naysayers because I know I'm not going to be able to change their minds. I do try to educate if they seem interested.
