    Welcome aboard. I am in agreeance with those above I vape on 6-18 mg on a Subox mini kit, it's really what works for you, if it doesn't make you sick and keeps you off the stinky sticks it works.

    Started with ego-t and Kanger t3s tanks that was 24-36mg now I use Itaste vv and pro tanks and have a subox mini kit with SUBTANK mini and a SUBTANK nano .5 I use 12-6mg. Going down next week to 3mg. It's a process but I am not smoking so it's a win for me.
