    If you want to get her something safe, get her a regulated mod. Mech mods, by comparison, are not safe. If you like the subtank nano, then just go ahead and her the subox nano starter kit. It comes with the Kbox nano regulated mod and the subtank nano. Then get her decent batteries like the LG HG2.

    I am not an expert, but it sounds like your .2ohm coil is below the minimum resistance for your mod. For example, my subox mini will fire down to .3. So your .5 coil would be fine but it would not fire your point .2 coil. What mod are you using this on?

    I completely agree. It was somewhere around the 2-3 week mark that I realized that I would be replacing factory coils way too frequently, and I purchased a spool of Kanthal and bag of cotton. I highly recommend it! I do keep a few OCCs around in case I need a quick replacement.

    I experienced the same thing. If you get dry hits at 20watts, don't go to 20w. Keep it at 15. If you want to go higher, build your RBA for the tank.

    I do not have any experience with the original RBA, but I love the RBA Plus. I vape 15-20watts with a 1-1.3ohm coil with 0 dry hits, and the flavor is great. I swap the cotton every 4 days or so.
