    dreadbull. this is a great idea... maybe ECF can get a group of their vendors/manufacturers to put in on this.... if most vendors put in , the cost would be nominal to each vendor.. and the study could be given to the ECA and all the B.S Hype would be quelled... i have no idea of the costs...
