    I'm pretty sure all totally wicked stuff is PG based. There is no option for vg or pg and I'm 90% sure they only use pg. Menthol will irritate your throat, 18mg will irritate your throat to a degree, all pg will irritate your throat. See a doctor, possibly try out some vg for a while.
