    And... there is no need to sub-ohm with these high wattage regulated devices. They actually perform better if the builds are in the 1.2 - 1.5 ohm range. With the higher resistance the device has to put out more voltage to achieve the desired wattage. People sub-ohm all the time on these devices...

    The reading "9.9" means your atty isn't making contact. Try pulling the center pin up. Vamo's and many other devices are known for this.

    +1 on not going the sub-ohm route with your IPV2. There's no need, you'll get a much better vape if you build at 1.2-1.5 ohms.
