Not at all, Bodkin. Not any harder than horizontal, assuming that you roll your coil on a solid object (syringe needle/toothpick/etc), and install it with the said object in place. Yeah, the melting kind of scared me. I'll have to try it with the gas stove next. The blow torch might be too hot. That's the same blow torch that heats up stainless steel atomizers to glowing red in matter of seconds. -

I got a small chunk of both Nextel and Ecowool, and decided that there hasn't been a new thread about it in over 20 minutes :) I followed the advice of torching them, and I think I may have went a bit overboard with that. Propane blowtorch seems like overkill. Nextel did turn red from torching... -

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope
They measure it in a silly way. 1/32" is the internal diameter rather than external. Its original purpose is to serve as insulation for wires, so they mean that you can put a 1/32" thick wire through it. -

Two reasons: 1. Some people (incuding myself) want to try new and freaky things. This gives them the right size extention to use on their Reos, at their own risk 2. Rob performs repairs on his mods. If you voided the warranty, Rob gets paid for this work :) And yep, 357 will work wonderfully... -

RTDVapor sells 14500 battery carriers that fit 2 or 4 batteries. I found it very useful to throw a 4 battery holder in my pocket, with 2 batteries, bottle of juice, and spare carto/atty. They were under 2 bucks last I looked.- Commie

I twisted one side, and then, after coiling, twisted the other. Soldering would work at least as well, but I didn't have the patience for it :) -

I got both ecowool and nextel from KidneyPuncher. It's a bit more expensive per foot than from the manufacturer, but you can buy smaller amounts, and don't have to wait for it to be shipped.
