The only difference is their location. Both are resellers for "World-Wide" users. THis simply means that if you don't have a reseller for your specific country or region, you have a choice of resellers. :) -

Don't worry over that! The only time a response is required is when someone has taken your requested number already. In your case, it is all yours! :) The list is updated at the top of the numbers themselves with the last date and time of official update. -
