    Buzz Pro Maintenance

ok, in terms of adjusting the airflow, other than adjusting the top screw i was reading on another thread that a 510-510 sealed adaptor would increase the flow as well. i imagine it would work much the same way as markfm explained earlier in this thread. would changing the screw and using the...

why do you think tightening the top screw resulted in a stronger vape? i have my notcigs VVPV running with a cisco spec 3.0 Ohm atty and Empire Drip Shield running at the maxium voltage on the dial (i believe 5.6V not under load) and i find that the strength of the vape is not as good as the...

and maybe i just imagined this or am mixing up my youtube reviews: does the VVPV have any indicator that the batteries are low and need a charge? like a color change on the LED or flashing LED, anything like that? and geez, does this device charge incredibly fast!

ok, i've also tightened the bottom screws pretty tightly but has anyone else had the problem where the magnetic juice door rattles? it feels pretty loose and seems as if it could fall off with pretty slight pressure.

thanks for all the tips, guys! about halfway thru my first bottle of juice and i cannot get over how consistent the vape is on the VVPV! each toot is just like the previous and although i confess i had my reservations because i like an inline volt meter on my mods, dial-to-taste is pretty cool...

did anyone have trouble removing the screws to the battery compartment? i was using the supplied #5 tool and one came out very easily and the other screws just don't catch on the screw head--i spin and spin but the screws don't budge a centimeter it appears. it's been a bit of a pain. i've tried...

I'm sure you've thought of this already, but why don't you go with a 901 to 510 adaptor (like the ones they have at empire mods). it might save you some DIY headache and the adaptors are pretty cheap!

look at the geekgirl vapor review on youtube. i believe she mentions the type of screw but someone in the comments section corrects her and states the exact type. i watched the video a while ago so don't quote me. hope this helps!

thanks for all of your helpful feedback on the vvpv, six! just got the 'shipped' message on this item yesterday--i ordered the item 4.10, so it has been a bit of a wait. i was not able to get one of the very sought after vv REOS, but who knows? the arrival of this bad boy may soothe the soul...

    HH .357+provari

i would DEFINITELY SUPERVISE the battery! you don't want the battery to overcharge; as soon as the light turns green i would pull the battery out. if i am at my computer for two or three hours i tend to leave it on and have not noticed any major discharge of the battery. that being said, i do...

is the VOLCANO branded 'chrome' lavatube stainless steel?

thanks, carlton! not good - with the ego style top they made it look very similar to the SS apollotube!

is the VOLCANO branded 'chrome' lavatube stainless steel?

maybe you guys have seen the advertising banners while perusing these ECF forums? I know Volcano sells their stuff for more than other dealers but they are offering the chrome for an additional 10 bucks; unlike other vendors, I think you get a one year warranty on their products. I went to...

    HH .357+provari

that's great advice tobarger! opi21, if you've only used 3.7V devices that the 3.0 Ohm hh.357 and 5.0V might even be a little high, but i think it is a great baseline to start. if you like less heat then lower the voltage, if you crave more then increase--monitor the taste of the juice and be...

    diamante vs provari

Newtkeeper, the thing that worries me about the diamante, in addition to the stacked batteries, is that it doesn't seem to hold the desired voltage under load. with the provari, whatever voltage you set the device at it will deliver. and if it does not have the capacity to do so--i.e., it might...

    Buzz arrived

congrats on the buzz, enfurno! were you still going to take pics of the buzz vs. buzz ii? i am trying to decide if the extra fifteen bucks is worth the extra slots on the side, haha. it is really crazy how the looks of the PV make such a difference--in my mind alone, i would imagine choosing PVs...

    Just ordered a BP ;-)

Sanity Challenged, i too ordered a VVPV, on 4.10. i contacted buzz and he said they were waiting on a part for the VVPVs that they would recieve this past monday (4.16) and that the VVPVs would be shipping out shortly thereafter. i am kind of disappointed that the order is still 'awaiting...
