    you are correct, closing all 3 gives me 2.3 volts, i MEANT to say OPENING all the switches gives 6.1 volts :oops: simply changing the values of R2, R3, and R4 can give you many, many different options. Still have not decided if I want to use a DIP switch, or SP3T slide switch to select voltage.

    mutlimeters measure current, as well as voltage and resistance. the problem is that the ammeter needs to be in series with the circuit. meaning, power goes in one port, and out the other. only doable (on the cheap anyway) if you are willing to do some cutting of cables.

    you dont have to wait 4 hours, li ions do not have a memory. as soon as the charger says its charged, vape away. after blowing out the priming fluid, just attach a prefilled cart and let it sit for a few minutes, then go to it
