    XTAR WP2 II intelligent charger broke! :(

    im new to VV vaping, using an EVO, and actually a new vapor compared to what my profile says (actually feb 2012). correct me where im wrong, but from my understanding i should be able to vape at a higher voltage using higher resistance without it burning? how does DC work when they're two 1.5...

    i realized i have many pre-punched cartos and i was wondering if and how people have been sealing them back up for use without a tank. i thought about putting tape, while putting something like plastic or more tape to cover where the adhesive would have covered the hole. any ideas?
