Yeah, I'll have to test that out later. I see no real reason why it wouldn't work for lining up the coils. Of course I'm not sure that the airflow will make THAT huge a difference either on verticals, but I'm always willing to try new stuff with my Aromamizer. :)

Wouldn't have thought of removing the build deck from the base. That's a good idea.

Are you getting a short? if the coils are touching the side of the chimney, or one of them is, which is what it sounds like, that will happen.

Put water in a bucket. Weigh it. When it weighs 8.3lbs, mark the water level in the bucket. That's one gallon. Fill 3 gallon bucket, dump into 5 gallon bucket, fill to line, that's 1 gallon.

. I'd tend to agree with you on that one, personally. That juice flow control ring alone on the Cthulu V2...*shudder*. My Aromamizer is easier to deal with and crushes my Cthulu in taste.

I didn't have a problem with either of my velocity deck tanks and the coils lining up vertically or horizontally. Wondering if QC at Steam Crave is a little light in some cases. Overall though I haven't seen any issues with the tank I've had for a couple of weeks and the new on that came in...
