    It’s beautiful here today, but Maddie is down with a throat infection which we believe started with swimmers ear. :( The doctor called in an antibiotic this morning. We call his office on Monday to let him know how she’s doing. What a relief! I didn’t expect to reach him at all bc it’s the weekend.

    My aunt told me today that we will not likely be returning to work at the nursing home after this is over. She has gotten a better paying job with benefits at fed ex!!! (Career change!) I will miss my oldies, but I’m happy for the time I shared with them. <3

    Mil is in a rehabilitation center for a week today. Will likely stay another week or two before going home. Her voice is different than it was prior, she’s weak and tires easily, but that is to be expected. They discovered she is diabetic through all of this and is taking insulin twice per day...
