    For printing postage paypal does not charge you a fee (they probabbly charge the PO LOL) its like when you send some one money (not gift) it does not charge you but the person that gets it....

    Pay pal will do first class parcel post, with delivery confirmation one oz runs about 1.30 some time a little less some times a little more. It might also depend on the type of account you have, I do not know which accounts are set up to use the multi label shipping.
