    I still say Bad Gal by Benefit for Mascara. I've TRIED to make it clump, and it doesn't. It's AMAZING! I get it at Ulta. It's not waterproof, so there's no scrubbing madly and watching your eyelashes fall out, or irritating your eyes. I'm personally fond of Urban Decay for other things. But...
