    The unit is blue when plugged into a computer indicating communication enabled. When plugged into a usb wall wart it will turn red. I think it still charges when hooked to a computer but not positive

    Its all good Billy, Ive been into it about 6 weeks and once I found the riva ego and CE2 XL cartomisers Ive been pretty much in heaven ever since. I found some good juices and just keep tweaking it. It WILL all work out for you. With my luck if it worked out for me it can work out for anybody :)
