    Steeping will help. I would add some em as well as something like vanilla swirl. I tried Cinnamon Sugar Cookie by itself awhile back and I wasn't too thrilled. Maybe: Cinnamon Sugar Cookie 10 - 12% Vanilla Swirl 4-5% EM - 2-3% :)
