    It is absolutely fine to do this! It doesn't change anything especially if one juice is 50/50 12mg and the other is exactly the same. If one juice is say 20/80 and one juice is 50/50 then sure the pg/vg ratio will change a bit but that's no big deal. Mix away....that's how I've made some juices...

    The one that's like sucking air thru a watermelon -- can you check the holes that the air is drawn thru? Perhaps they are clogged - I don't know the exact clearo or tank that you're using but that has happened to me in the past with other types. Just make sure all the holes are perfectly clear.
